8月21日,记者从吉林市公安局交管支队了解到,为确保松江东路与雾凇路路口的信号灯能够在雾凇大桥竣工前投入使用,8月19日,通过交管部门科研人员的不懈努力,成功地在该路口安装了吉林市首个固定式无线连接太阳能信号灯。 据了解,由于该路口处于雾凇大桥桥下,原信号灯位置被桥墩占用。同时为保证桥墩稳定,路面下铺设了大量水泥地基,无法在路面下铺设地下管线。为解决这一问题,吉林市交管部门设施科研人员反复进行研究、论证,决定使用固定式无线连接太阳能信号灯。 据介绍,本次安装的固定式无线太阳能信号灯有四个优点:一是灯采用了太阳能供电,不需要取电,节能环保;二是每个方向使用独立的信号机,采用无线通讯控制,无需破路及铺设地下管线;三是采用大容量免维护蓄电池作为备用电源,保证连续阴雨天的正常工作;四是信号灯亮度自动调节,提高电能利用效率。 信号灯安装后,将有效减少该路口交通事故率的发生,将极大地缓解车辆的交叉拥堵现象,确保该路口车辆的通行能力。
